Pros: Trust in customer when a complaint is raised about pre existing issues which was not notified at the time of pick up

Cons: The 1st car I received had a flat tire and a crack on windshield for which I had to replace losing my trip time. Proper Inspection was missing on that car.

Pros: Fox was very kind to me in their efforts to fix the problems caused by Discover Cars

Cons: Because of issues with Discover Cars, and the fact that there was no agent response to my problem (website says 24/7 customer service, and this is not true) we were there for over 2 hours.

Pros: These people are con artists. I have experienced this same entrapment scam before in New York City where a parking lot attendant attempts to get a customer to pay double the price because they know they have no where else to go. We ended up having to take a costly ride share all the way to our destination to avoid this scam.

Cons: Again, this is a scam. When we arrived our agreed upon contract was not honored and they attempted to force me to pay double the price.

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: Car was "given away, got another car after a 2 hour wait, car was dirty, maintenance light was on and gas tank was empty. I brought all issues up to the counter employees and received an eye roll and was told they would adjust the gas. Upon return I was charged for a full tank of gas at $7.99 a gallon just under $75 and I returned it half full (again, I received it just above empty). It was a terrible experience. Never again!

Pros: Quick return and low pricing.

Cons: ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS customer service from the billing department. Almost an hour the first day on hold before giving up and then 1 1/2 hours on hold before someone answered the phone the following day. The issue was resolved but the hold time was far beyond acceptable.

Pros: Nothing. Whoever is leading this company should be fired. Their lack of leadership has trickled all the way down to their extremely slow and lazy rental desk agents.

Cons: Every possible thing. Car was a mess. Hair every where. The previous renters face mask was still there as well as their reading glasses. Extremely frustrating way to start off a week of fun at a family reunion

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
