Pros: I had to wait for nearly an hour just to get the car. Keep in mind there was only 3 people in line. It seemed as though there were several employees that did not understand what or how to do their job. And when I finally got to the counter it still took 30+ min to get everything finalized so that I could get to my hotel. The initial starting and driving of the car all felt fine. Then once I got to speeds over 40 mph…well let’s just say I questioned my safety. It was now after midnight.

Cons: I tried several attempts to get in touch with customer service and sat on hold greater than 45 min with no answer each time. Then it snowed…that car was really unfit to be in you fleet of cars. Total safety hazard to whom ever gets that car for a rental. I feel that I should get full payment of my rental cost back, for the safety of the car and the inability to reach someone to find out what or how this could get corrected.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Surcharges.

Rate excludes

E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
Prepaid tolls are available for 8.99-21.49 USD per day.
Personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 15.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be held on the customer's credit card.
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
