Pros: Drop off was efficient- I also like how they did a filmed walk around and sent the video to your email as proof of the car condition
Cons: This place is the furthest rental car facility from the airport- they have a shuttle service but I saw every other car rental service shuttles multiple times before I saw mine. When I got to the rental car place and walked into the office their internet is down. Which is understandable but no one said ‘I’ll be right with you’ or informed me on what was going on. Customer service could’ve been better. They also had to write down my credit card number. Car was old- no automatic windows or locks
Pros: Fast and easy!
Cons: Booked a sedan and ended up with a mini van. Wasn’t terrible but definitely didn’t need all the space in the van and a sedan would have been easier to drive around the city. Would have liked to get the car I actually booked
Pros: They didn’t try to sell me any random add ons and made the process very easy. MUCH better than most other rental car companies I’ve used.
Pros: There was nothing I liked about the service. It took forever for them to pick us up. We rented a 15 passenger van with room for 4 pieces of luggage. They had a 15 passenger van with room for 0 luggage. We had the paper to show what we had rented and they said" too bad we do not have that type of vehicle".
Cons: Did not provide the vehicle we were promised. They wanted to take us back to the airport and go to someone else. We ended up having to rent 2 vehicles instead of one and they still charged us for the second vehicle, when they were the ones that messed up.
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of liability insurance.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Spouses will not be charged the additional driver surcharge.
