Pros: The agent was very courteous and answered all of my questions clearly.

Pros: Quick, easy, and a good price point.

Cons: The car did have a few minor scratches and some trash left in the backseat pockets. Very minor things that didn’t affect me

Cons: Stay Away from Yes Away! Their warehouse is offsite from the airport which requires you to call them to pick you up after you get off the airport car rental shuttle at the other car rental offices. They gave us a car that looked it came from a used car lot with stained seats, bald tires, a key fob which didn't work and "check engine" light which came on the next day. We had to waste time during our vacation to drive back to their warehouse to exchange cars since we didn't feel safe driving

Cons: There were at least 6 cockroaches found in our vehicle over the week. We had no food or drinks other than water in the car. Upon pick up we found one and was told to not have food.. so we didn't... then had a week of finding them. It was horrible.

Cons: No sign on the building made it hard to find when I brought the car back.

Pros: They treated me good, just not the kind of cars you want to use or drive while on a once in a lifetime vacation.

Cons: Cars were not newer or clean.

Pros: Intelligent and efficient process once there. It would have been good to know that I would need evidence of insurance- this took some time and overseas phone calls to achieve

Cons: It took a while to get through on the phone to arrange pick up at airport and as above re evidence of insurance- but this is not specific to Yesaway

Pros: The pickup was relatively easy

Cons: The car had 80,000 miles on it and was pretty dirty. Therefore when I turned it in and there was so called excessive sand in it they took about a half hour to try and figure out if I should get charged extra

Pros: Agent on pickup was amazing!!! Thanks so much for waiting for us after a horrible flight!

Cons: The car was all banged up. I guess the bumper damages allowed us to pick the car out of the other convertibles in the lot.....

Cons: No mention of needing a compulsory 3rd party liability insurance for the rental car . Zero hidden cost claimed by Discover Car should = No compulsory charges . This is not even optional but compulsory which was never mentioned from offset.

Cons: Car was not great - not sure if it was just the type of car but it didn't drive well

Pros: Staff did a great job. Very informative and helped with the luggage. Quick trip to the airport dropping us off right in front our airline’s counter

Cons: We had some difficulty locating area at airport to wait for pickup but an airport employee called Yesaway and explained where we were picked up promptly

Pros: Tim is kind and very approachable. We’ll definitely recommend and rent a car from them again.

Cons: The place is about 2 mikes away from the airport.

Pros: They said that the insurance paid thru the website was not valid at the rental car we had to use our own insurance company. We are requesting a refund of the insurance paid thru your website

Pros: All went 100% according to plan. The attendants were very courteous and welcoming, and the shuttle service was on time.

Cons: It say’s free shuttle, but there was no shuttle we called and the agent ask us to take a uber to drive to the rental desk. Car tank wasn’t full.

Cons: Car was dirty. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the person before us. Staff were unhelpful and very dismissive paired with the previous issues mentioned above. Terrible experience.

Cons: we’ve arrived from the airport. Had trouble communicating with their operators who barely speak English and mumbling I’ve type phone. Got to the rental place and was told they cannot accept our card as a form of payment because it’s marked Debit. They want credit card. Explained numerous times that we can use our card as credit and debit it’s either way our bank would allowed those transactions.The associates continue to declined and doesn’t value our reasoning didn’t even tried to run our card

Pros: I needed to extend the rental two times and it was very easy to do. they are not responsive by text like they said they would but phone calls got the job done. i got the same rate and the transaction was smooth.

Cons: didn't get receipts for additional charges (flat tire, extended rental term) and i needed them for work. i am yet to hear from them. customer service is somewhat lacking with some of the people i spoke to. they were not exactly rude but kind of dismissive and not really welcoming. no kama'aina discount. no shuttle to the airport after hours. they promise a free uber but when I dropped off a car and tried to contact them, nobody responded.

Pros: the front desk was very nice and process it in a timely manner.

Cons: Not I know of at the of the service.

Pros: The counter agent was friendly and quick.

Cons: The car was not ready for our scheduled pick-up time. The did a very quick cleaning but when received it we found used face masks in it, the seats were dirty and it smelled like cigarette smoke.

Pros: Ease of booking. No up-selling of insurance.

Cons: Amazing experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great communication during airport pickup process. Fast pickup and drop off process. The car was what it was promised at the reservation time. Received follow up text from the agent 2 days prior to arrival with all necessary documents and instructions. The whole experience was very pleasant and hassle free

Pros: Everything was excellent.

Cons: Nothing other than the high price (which was everywhere) and a little delay in getting waited on.

Pros: Good price and everything was easy.

Cons: It took almost two weeks to get my deposit refunded after returning the car.
