Aspetti positivi: disponibilità. qualità e pulizia veicolo. possibilità di riconsegnare l auto in orario notturno lasciando la chiave in un box
Aspetti negativi: ebbene fosse scritto sul voucher che ci sarebbe stato qualcuno al terminal, non trovando nessuno abbiamo dovuto chiamare e ci hanno dato la possibilità di venirci a prendere. Non garantiscono i servizi aggiuntivi prenotati (nel nostro caso seggiolini per bimbi). sebbene fosse specificata questa possibilità, la non disponibilità del servizio richiesto crea un gran disguido per chi ha bambini, è all'estero e dove lo trova un seggiolino alle 22 di sera?

Aspetti positivi: La consegna del veicolo non avviene in aeroporto ma si viene accolti da un operatore di Valpi Rent direttamente in aeroporto e portati nel loro ufficio nel vicino Park Hotel. Dipendenti super disponibili e gentili. Li ho contattati tramite email prima del noleggio per avere informazioni sul ritiro e sulla macchina e hanno subito risposto.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
When rental period exceeding 28 days, the deposit will be charged at the beginning of the rental.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Toll pass / E-toll device, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
