Once you arrive at the airport and have collected your baggage you can book your shuttle collection online. Visit acerentalcars.com.au and click “Book Shuttle” icon in the top right page. From here you will be able to see the closest collection point, book your collection and track the progress of our drivers. If you have any trouble, you can contact us via 1800 620 408. Please be sure to check you are collecting within our opening times. The last shuttle collection is 30 minutes prior to closing.

T1 Domestic/T2 Regional: The T1 Virgin Australia Domestic terminal is located at the end of Horrie Miller Drive. The rental carpark booth is situated a 200m walk from the arrivals building exit, on the other side of the taxi rank. The T2 Regional building is located adjacent to the T1 building and services all regional airlines. Walk outside the building and to the other side of the taxi rank to transact and collect your vehicle from the same booth. International Terminal: The T1 International Terminal is located on Horrie Miller Drive, Perth Airport. The counter is visible from the arrivals gate, where our friendly staff will be waiting to greet you. The car park is located a 200m walk outside to the left of the building. Pick-up Instructions T1 & T2 Terminals (International / Virgin / Alliance / Tigerair): After collecting luggage and clearing customs, call +61 1300 303 941 to request the shuttle. Proceed to the following zones: T1: Seated Booth Zone L – near the International Terminal exit doors. T2: Zone C – Passenger Pick-up area. Take a seat and wait for the white Simba Car Hire shuttle bus, which arrives approximately every 20 minutes. T3 & T4 Terminals (Jetstar / QANTAS / General Aviation): After collecting luggage and clearing customs, call +61 1300 303 941 for pick-up. Proceed to: T3 & T4: Zone C – Passenger Pick-up. General Aviation (Network Aviation, Skippers Aviation, Cobham, Perth Flight Centre, Maroomba): Wait outside the airline terminal.
