Once you have collected your luggage, please call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call 0061 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please exit the terminal, turn left and make your way to the “coach pick up area” located on the left side of the International Arrivals gate. Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive.

Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.
