Please provide the flight number to ensure a successful meeting. For all terminals: Do not approach anyone without a sign bearing the name. Wait for the agent. Agents will be wearing white polo shirts with the company logo and will have a sign with the name. From Terminal 2: Upon arrival, connect to the free WiFi in the Immigration and Baggage claim area to communicate via WhatsApp. Exit the terminal, turn right (toward the coffee shop). Walk ~35m past "Grab & Go" until you pass the gated area.The agent will meet outside the terminal. From Terminal 3: Upon arrival, connect to the free WiFi in the Immigration and Baggage claim area to communicate via WhatsApp. Exit, turn left toward Family & Friends exit. Walk ~25m between the terminal and BERRY HILLS terrace. Agent is after the control gate. The agent will meet outside the terminal. From Terminal 4: After collecting luggage, walk straight down the corridor towards the exit. Pass several car rentals and tourist information businesses and continue straight. Avoid the exit marked "Ground Transportation," and proceed to the "Family and Friends Only" exit. If needed, ask a security agent to let you through. After passing through the automatic door, walk straight, and the representative will be waiting at the end of the corridor. From Terminal FBO: The agent will meet outside the FBO terminal. Look for the representative waiting for you.

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the supplier to request the shuttle and for further pickup instructions. Head and exit to the designated Shuttle / Ground transportation area (Ask for where Margarita Ville is at Terminal 3, Welcome Bar for Terminal 2 or Anden C at Terminal 4) and look for the supplier employees in their uniform to assist you. Please do not accept help from any taxi driver or anyone other than your supplier official representative at the Airport. The supplier do not refund for taxi rides.
