Pros: Good car, friendly service

Cons: Long wait for the pick-up at the airport (about 20 min). I had to use my photos taken at the beginning of the rental to prove that some of the scratches on the car were not mine - the agent didn't mark them on the form.

Pros: Staff were friendly and courteous.

Cons: We had to wait an age for the transit minibus. It wasn't obvious where to find it (we weren't sure we were waiting in the right place). We had to pay for full insurance as they didn't accept Amex, debit cards, or ApplePay for the outstanding balance of the car hire. I felt a bit ripped off having to pay 50% more than the original hire cost.
