Cons: Tyre pressure light came on as soon as car was picked up - car should be checked prior to next rental

Pros: Staff were friendly and had good English language skills

Cons: Original car offered had damaged wing mirror and had to call agent to come and we got a second car but it had an emergency light re service - again had to get agent out to discuss before driving off - the water for window wiper was empty and petrol was down to 40k despite original contract being a full for full fuel policy
