Pros: It was terrible. Very vague instructions and when I when to use the Discover car website it crept sending me in a loop.

Cons: This is the second time using this platform and both times I was not impressed with the service. Come to find out I paid extra for an insurance that was unnecessary because the rental agency had their own coverage and the second time they were not even present. So had to rent another car directly at the airport.
