Pros: excellant car, clean and friendly staff when dropping car off.
Cons: could have been faster when picking car up at service desk in Airport and trying to sell car recovery when going into another country. As this is Geneva, majority of car rentals are likely to be going to France or Italy, so trying to push an extra cost on you feels wrong.
