Pros: Online check in completed before we travelled made collection very swift.

Cons: Returning the vehicle it wasn’t clear that the process is to find their chap wandering the car park (and he wasn’t badged), so we queue with those arriving to collect their cars, only to be told to find the guy when we finally reached the desk. Slow.

Cons: The information that was told to me about the car rental was incorrect. I called the office and they admitted their mistake and set me right. They were very helpful!
