Cons: Tried to make us pay 90 euros for a car with a bit of sand in it then told us the alternative was to wash it and vacuum it ourselves. Then made a huge fuss about supposed damage to car offside which was simply vegetation making stripes in the dirt on the car. Told one of us who spoke no Italian to sign a form admitting damage which we had to do to get out and catch a flight. Very pissed off agency person but to be fair, also a very chilled guy who told us to skip the 90 euros charge.
