Pros: The cars was very useful. No reason to complain about that.

Cons: At the desk they proposed to me to buy an additional insurance because the insurance that I’ve been paid to discovercars.com doesn’t cover the car. That was very strange, and I chose to don’t buy any additional insurance with Sicily By Car.

Pros: Only the guy in the rental desk was nice and spoke good English. He gave some good suggestions too for places to go.

Cons: Unprofessional Car inspectors at pick up and drop off. Refuse to explain or speak English even when they can. They refuse to add the pre- damages on the Car sheet, and make up random charges, when we have video proof before taking car out. They target tourist to scam.
