Pros: price was amazing

Cons: we had to wait 30 mins for the office to open, although they would have had our booking pick up time

Volkswagen Polo
24/07/2024

Pros: Value was great, car was clean and the process of picking up and dropping off the car was very quick.

Cons: You have to walk 5-10 min to get to the Royal. But the thing that I was most disappointed is that the car had a scratch underneath which I didn’t see (my bad) and I am sure they were aware of it. When I returned the car they’ve charged me €350. I was lucky I had a full insurance and Discover Cars refunded me the entire value. It is highly possible next person will face the same issue so please pay attention to all scratches.

Cons: I haven't received my deposit of 1100 eur back after a week, i'm disappointed. Car was returned without gained damages during rental period.
United Kingdom
Nissan Micra
06/06/2023

Pros: Friendly staff that was not too fussy. They just wanted things to go smoothly.

Cons: The car was not provided with a full tank of petrol, so I had to estimate how much petrol was required to fill the car to 3/8 of a tank, when I returned the car. Also, I had to wait for some time to drop off the car as only 1 person was working there at the time.

United Kingdom
Toyota Aygo
12/10/2021

Pros: Friendly staff, quick and efficient collection & drop off. Car was in reasonable condition (especially as it was towards the end of the summer season) - all damage was carefully recorded.

Cons: Very minor, the air conditioning didn't work very well. We could have rung the office but it wasn't a huge problem so we just made do.
United Kingdom
Fiat 500 Cabrio
05/10/2021

Pros: Efficient and friendly. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra.

Cons: The car was a bit shabby but roadworthy. It was clean but a few scratches and alert for immediate oil change kept coming on which was disconcerting. Had to phone to get picked up from arrivals but the documentation stated someone would be there. Luckily we all have mobiles now.
