Pros: Transfer from airport was easy and processing car outwards was easy.

Pros: Staff were nice and the overall pick-up and drop-off process was very easy. A good range of vehicles, all in great condition. And great value for money

Cons: The only tricky thing was not being able to extend rental periods with an open rental. We wanted to extend but had no real options for this outside of paying a fine. But overall, was a good experience and would recommend

Pros: service was good. slight wait getting picked up from the airport but not major issue.

Cons: couldn’t use my amex and so couldn’t rely on my em. car rental insurance so had to purchase their insurance.

Pros: Friendly service and good quality car for our purposes: lots of hilly drives with luggage.

Cons: The easiest way to get the shuttle pick up was to call the number provided as opposed to waiting in an unspecified area outside departures. This could have been made clearer.
