Pros: When asked for child seat, agent just said they don’t have any. They done nothing to help other than to say there was a shop close by and we could try and buy one. Not a good enough service having travelled with an 18 month old and made that clear throughout.

Cons: As above. Also, despite buying main insurance from you, they still tried to scare you into buying more upon pick up. This is not right.

Pros: Drop off was very efficient, agent met us as soon as we parked up and checked the car over. Only thing was that instructions on where to park for the drop off could have been provided as it wasn't obvious in the rental centre.

Cons: Agent handling the pickup was a little bit brusque. Asked him about second driver and he assured me it was included but he didn't ask for my wife's license or include any details of it on the agreement so I can't see how she could have been included. In the end it wasn't necessary. Also tried hard to sell insurance which I already had, telling me my excess insurance wasn't sufficient, etc but no different from any other rental company in that respect.

Pros: the car, the ease of return

Cons: the long queue - 1 hour to wait is unacceptable for anyone but when you are disabled it's really not on. the process of collecting the car needs looking into, especially during busy periods.

Pros: Clean, reliable car. Easy drop off, as drop off box located at the drop off car park.

Cons: Extra insurance, I felt, was forced on me, although had full cover paid for already through discovery cars. Extra £100/week.
