Pros: the car, the ease of return

Cons: the long queue - 1 hour to wait is unacceptable for anyone but when you are disabled it's really not on. the process of collecting the car needs looking into, especially during busy periods.

Pros: Clean, reliable car. Easy drop off, as drop off box located at the drop off car park.

Cons: Extra insurance, I felt, was forced on me, although had full cover paid for already through discovery cars. Extra £100/week.
