Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and we even witnessed them helping another family going above and beyond who were being quite difficult to be honest. I would definitely say they are honest and friendly.

Cons: I don’t think I would say dislike but on picking up the car it does say “in terminal” but you do have to walk out of the arrivals terminal and walk across the car park to find the rental. Not a massive issue as it is a small airport and plenty of help but may help other passengers.

Pros: Collecting the car was reasonably straightforward.

Cons: The agent told me that my full protection from discovercars.com didn't cover me in case of incidents which didn't need a police report. I ended up buying Noleggiare's Gold cover for €120 but I felt I was being ripped off as the agent's body language didn't tally with his words.

Cons: 25 different scratches/ dents on car. Seats stained. Ultra high pressure sales tactics on damage insurance. Tried to sell platinum cover costing 600 plus Euros. Dissed Discover Cars cover. Dreadful stressful experience. Their office is not "in terminal" as described on your Web page. There are no signs in terminal showing where they are.

Pros: They told that full coverage I paid on Discover car worth nothing. They strongly emphasized that if we make any scratches on the car that we will have to pay a lot of money and that we are not protected. On the other hand, they gave a list of damages currently on the car and said to inspect the car to see if everything was listed. When we took over the car, the car was completely dirty due to the dirty rain that had been falling and parked in the dark, so it was impossible to inspect.

Cons: Instead of taking over the car quickly, we encountered a lengthy process and a lot of stress. The car seat for children was the worst that could be found on the market. The surcharge we paid for 5 days of using the seat is higher than its value in the store.
