Cons: We had an unfortunate collision on the road with a truck which wasn’t our fault. The worker in Ibiza airport on the desk was so rude and unhelpful. Did not ask if we were okay, he looked/seemed like he could not be bothered to deal with us. We were told by Goldcar we were entitled to another car as we had paid for 4 days but had it 2 so off we went to the airport to try sort another car. The worker had no interest in sorting a new car for us and it resulted in us leaving with a complaints form.
Pros: Quick service and new car

Cons: First car offered had multiple dents, no repair kit no spare.
Pros: I have used Goldcar many times in the past and their service has always been good.
Cons: I had booked two child seats, which were not in the car when I arrived to pick it up. This was put right, but I although I had been told they would be fitted in the car, I had to fit the seats myself.
Pros: The car was great but that is about as far as it goes.
Cons: Be careful of hidden charges, got charged a refuelling insurance without being told, we didn't need this as we had a full to full basis and returned it full, didn't find out about this until be had the cc bill. Was charged for returning the car late, which was impossible as the time they say we returned the car we were on the flight home and not even in the country. They are refusing to refund us.
