Pros: The lady at the desk was patient and the gentleman at the parking lot was very helpful and made sure that all damages were recorded and everything required was present in the car.

Cons: I sent a complaint about the car to which someone responded, the case was closed shortly after as resolved but no solution was offered to me.

Pros: Very friendly explained everything and also it was no problem to answer questions we asked.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. The only thing is we got lost returning the car and went down below and not on the floor above. Maybe the returns should mark more clearly but we will know next time anyway. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Pros: Easy to find, staff like Sibongile and her supervisor were very supportive demonstrated a great deal of patience.

Cons: The overall rental experience was extremely traumatic, the car was not clean at all. Picking up the car at the bay around 12Midnight was a challenge as there was no-one at the bay to assist me. I spent 1hr 30minutes, before finally leaving.
