Pros: Quick processing at the pickup desk, friendly staff
Cons: Car park to pickup was dimly lit making it impossible to fully inspect the car for any damages. Parking bays very small so hard to move around the outside of the vehicle with phone light to inspect the car.

Pros: Europcar were amazing. My friend had a broken leg and they did the most they could to assist, even to the extent of bringing the car to the door at the airport and upgrading us to a larger car for the wheelchair. Excellent and quick service. Amazing
