Pros: The lovely lady booking us in and out 👍. Perfect English and very reassuring.

Cons: A little bit annoying to have nearly no fuel for an easy onwards journey esp as we arrived very late. The staff were very apologetic and helped us find the nearest petrol station

Cons: It was a bit stressful arriving so late (midnight) and have nearly no fuel so needed to master the kiosk self serve petrol stations. But lady whi booked us in helped advise well.

Pros: All round excellent service without many formalities or difficulties

Cons: Only minor thing that might bother some people is that there was no formal meet at time of car drop-off - we just left car in car park - so no chance to verify the state of the car. That said we had no issues and the deposit was returned in full.

Cons: Leaving my partner with our suitcases etc whilst picking up and dropping the car. But not a big negative, just my partner was uneasy with being alone.

Cons: Having to write down credit card security digits on rental agreement so that it could potentially be copied or seen by anyone. Drop off was easy, but no one there to actually sign-in the car. The guy at the booth was great though.
