Arriving from air: Once you have collected your luggage please call the branch on 028 9244 8755, and press option 2, to arrange your shuttle transfer to our local office. Non-Airport Collection: Please collect from our office located at, Karl Business Park, 92 Old Ballyrobin Rd, Antrim BT41 4TJ. Arriving on train: The nearest rail station to the airport is Antrim train station, which is under five miles from the terminal. Connections to all major rail-linked towns and cities in Ireland can be made from Antrim train station. Arriving on bus: The Airport Express 300 operates a regular service on weekdays and weekends from Belfast city centre to the bus stop located opposite the terminal exit.

Dropping off your car: Belfast Airport is situated just 18 miles northwest of Belfast and is easily accessed via the major road and motorway network. Our branch, which is located in Karl Business park nearby, can be found signposted off the A57.

Pros: Great customer service from start to finish. The team was friendly, reachable, and supportive throughout our car rental journey. In overall, the car was good and the process was smooth.

Cons: We waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and were told our phone was unreachable, although we’re able to make and receive calls and texts during that time. The car did not appear to be properly checked before collection. About 30 minutes into our journey, we received a key fob battery warning, which caused unnecessary stress during our road trip, and we also had constant tyre pressure warnings throughout the rental despite inflating the tyres and raising the issue at the collection.

Pros: Convenient pickup. Friendly service.

Cons: Limited to nominal 100miles per day. This was not apparent when booking. Not being able to change insurance during hire period if last minute need to drive into Irish republic. Limited car availability. Could be major issue during summer season.

Cons: Office hours don't suit early or late arrivals/departures. 08:00 to 18:00 you'll be OK but outside of that forget it.

Pros: Check out team friendly & vw Up! was a great car to drive

Cons: The returns person was heavily persuading me I had damaged an alloy (I was fairly convinced I hadn’t as had not required any parallel parking). I asked to see his prior photographs but he said he didn’t have access. He also asked me to sign for the damage without telling me the cost. With no phone reception I asked to use the office WiFi to download my own photos which he stated barely worked. I did find the photo & proof of the prior damage but did not feel it was a supportive check in process.

Pros: Friendly and efficient. Upgraded the car to a slighly bigger one.

Cons: Pressured into buying extra insurance, I know I should not have paid it, but it was early and not quite awake. Ended up doubling the rental price. Also the car was 7/8 filled, impossible to fill it that accurate on return.

Pros: the person examining said it’s so small that they wouldn’t care much about it. He checked the fuel and said the vehicle was fine. The mini van came in 5 minutes and picked us up and took us to Belfast international airport. The driver was very friendly and chatted to us throughout. I really enjoyed the experience and can definitely recommend as long as no hidden fees that are placed on me as had happened with other vehicle hire companies previously. Thanks for the great service.

Cons: The insurance options offered of around £200 for peace of mind. It may be peace of mind but spending that kind of money if nothing happened to the car will cause the opposite effect for my mind I think.
