Pros: Staff during picking up and drop off were quick and knew what they were doing.

Cons: The wait time to pick up the car was about an hour in line for what was then a 5min transaction. It is a popular company that was under staffed in Orlando.

Pros: The drop off process was so quick. Fantastic

Cons: Picking up the vehicle was a terrible wait time. It was the only rental desk with a long queue. Simple fix would have been to have more staff on. All other desks were manned by more than 1 member of staff. Also picking up the car was not good. Having to go to a totally different terminal than the one you land in leaves you not in the best mood especially when the directions are not clear.

Cons: Very slow. Not enough staff at desk. Had to wait 90 min after 9 hour flight. And then had to change terminals to collect. Very few cars in terminal c in Orlando

Pros: The pick up was swift, & drop off efficient. Advisor on exit was polite.

Cons: If going to MCO terminal C don’t use the first car hire desk you come to. Only 1 agent Per car company & Dollar very slow, sent me to the wrong parking lot not polite. Quicker to go to Terminal A or B & the Dollar desk.
