The courtesy bus will pick up customers at the Parking P1 Parking. Upon exiting the terminal, cross the crosswalk and head towards P1. Go through the kiss & fly zone and go up to the first floor. Locate the spaces near 943. Shuttle bus will pick you up there.

Pros: Nice & friendly although the 1st representative was very grumpy and unhelpful on the phone

Cons: Our flight in got delayed. We waited 2 hours for your shuttle bus but no one came. We walked to your office (30minutes with our luggage). It was closed. We had to pay €50 to get a taxi to our accommodation & €50 to go to the office the next day. So in effect we lost €100 + a days car hire. Can this this be refunded. I have all the receipts

Pros: Speed of service

Cons: C&R forced me to buy their full insurance saying my credit card expired in less than 3 months. For a 5 day hire within the boundaries of my CC expiry, I find that excuse unfair and a scam. I had already bought my own excess insurance to avoid these overpriced scams at the desk. He wouldn't give me the car without paying it. Or take a cc from my partner. They will do anything to get their commission on the full insurance package. Beware.
