Pros: Received emails prior to collection to confirm arrangements plus, detailing relevant information. Collection was easy and we were given water as a hot day. Procedures were explained. On drop off, Trevor was brilliant. Once car had been checked and verified OK, he arranged an Uber for us. Uber let us down, driver saw suitcases and refused to take us. Trevor offered us a lift into Perth so we could book into our hotel. He was an utter gentleman. We are 3 ladies of senior age and do not know Perth.
Cons: Think it would be advisable to have some vehicle info in car such as type/grade of fuel as we had to ring and ask when filling up, switches etc.
