If arriving at Gate B (intra-Schengen), the Centauro Rent a Car representative will meet you at the "Arrival Hall B" sign as you enter the public arrivals hall to take you to the shuttle bus. If arriving at Gate A (extra-Schengen), turn right and continue for about 100 metres to Gate B, where the Centauro Rent a Car representative will be waiting by the "Arrival Hall B" sign to take you to the shuttle bus.

Pros: Clear explanation of terms

Cons: Not particularly friendly, but most importantly, they’re supposed to run taxi to the airport every 15 minutes, but during drop off it took about 30 minutes for each taxi-bus to arrive, and people waiting had to sort out who get in on their own. At some point there were around 20 people waiting for an 8seater bus.

Pros: Personnel is very polite at the Athens office.

Cons: The shuttle service needs improvement. I really wanted to pick up the car as quickly as possible I was tired from my early morning trip and wanted to go home and rest. That extra 30’ of waiting for the bus and commuting to the office outside the airport and further 15’ to pick up the car may not seem much on paper, but for a traveler who just got off a long flight seems like an eternity.
