Pros: Easy pickup & drop off

Pros: The gentleman at the indoor desk was quick to come outside and sort the problem of the blocked car for us

Cons: We couldn't find our car as there was no one working in the outside office. When we did find it we were boxed in by 2 cars

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Tiny scratch before i collected

Pros: Ease of collection and drop off

Pros: The relief when my £2000 + petrol deposit was returned!

Cons: The cabin at Knock airport outside was empty on arrival and drop off. We were wandering around the yard trying to find the car! The petrol policy was unclear. I wanted a paper copy of the agreement from Budget and a receipt for the credit card payment. They said they only provide it by email..so it took some time for me to get that.

Pros: Very quick and friendly

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Overall Fantastic Service by Budget

Cons: Nothing

Cons: I was a bit unclear about leaving my key in an un manned office but I believe they were nearby washing/cleaning cars. No real complaint tbh!

Pros: Excellent service from Budget

Pros: Great service, friendly staff

Pros: Efficient service. Car in good condition

Pros: Not a lot very disappointed to say the least

Cons: I ended up paying £530 instead of £222 also only half a tank of fuel and nowhere to fill it up also we ended up with a different car...

Pros: Helpful staff, well maintained 21-reg car on which everything worked.

Cons: Minor gripe - after the end of the rental I was emailed a further copy of the rental agreement to sign, so I rang the office and they said there was no need, so I'm not sure why they sent it!

Pros: Easy pick-up, lovely car, very efficient and no mither or delays

Cons: Only one slight gripe was that he didn’t explain deposit for fuel

Pros: Return very quick & easy

Cons: Really long wait at pickup desk. Only one person for a very long queue. Had to wait AGES. Not good at all.

Pros: Friendly staff efficient service

Cons: The cost was high especially being charged to drop back at a different airport

Pros: Simple and easy

Cons: Service was excellent

Pros: Efficient

Cons: N/a

Pros: No hassle, friendly service

Cons: Nothing to complain off

Pros: The car was booked out with a full tank of fuel but was on half. The agent did change the fuel amount as soon as I reported it. There was additional damage nit on the initial report so I took a video for my records.

Cons: The agents were helpful and friendly with advice regarding the exit tickets

Pros: Prompt

Cons: Nothing disliked

Pros: Fast and efficient

Pros: Overall good with exception of below comments

Cons: The new 08:00 take off of Ryan air to E Mid and with Charlestown garages closed until 08:00 means you can’t get any nearby petrol and therefore incur heavy penalties leaving fuel tank 3/4 empty.

Pros: Very quick, friendly, helpful

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Prompt professional service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Easy to locate and simple procedure

Cons: Nothing

Pros: It was quick and easy to book and the car was great value for money

Pros: The quote was good and the car was fine. But I was charged a different amount.

Cons: The tank was only half full so it made filling up the tank to return the car a bit of guess work as only half filling. I was also charged roughly £15 more than I was told I’d have to pay. The broker, discover cars, has completely ignored my request for a reason for the charge. It was taken from my credit card after the rental was completed. I had my own excess insurance and I told budget this so I e no idea what the extra was for. I won’t be using discover cars or budget again.

Pros: Easy process from check in desk to collecting vehicle.

Cons: Not handing the vehicle back in person, it’s not very professional putting the keys in a box, whilst not having an agent check the vehicle

Pros: Got what I paid for, very happy with the car I was given

Pros: Quick and easy collection

Cons: Nobody present at office and no confirmation since drop off that all was handed back ok. Car wasn’t good, no screen wash, engine sounded awful with poor performance and tyre warning light came on just after setting off (checked at first garage and all tyres ok so cancelled without it coming on again)

Pros: Have used Budget for years. Easily the friendliest and most efficient car hire company around

Pros: Prompt and efficient. Friendly staff.

Cons: Exit gate from rental car park wasn't issuing tickets which caused confusion when trying to exit from main airport site in the pouring rain.
