Pros: Pick up at airport. Fast turnaround of service.

Cons: I requested a mini Peugeot 108 which was a slightly higher cost than the Citroen that I received. When I queried this I was informed that the cars were equal/equivalent. I do not think that is fair as I incurred an extra change for a car that I did not receive. Some mix up at the end re the fuel - my order was "full to empty" but it changed to half tank and not 5/8ths. Over wise a good experience.

Pros: Relaxed and friendly attitude and they did not put on any pressure to take out additional insurance. They seemed to generally care about our holiday and where we were proposing to visit.

Cons: It was a little difficult finding the vehicle return location despite it being where we collected the car from. This, however, was probably more our fault than anything.
