Pros: Friendly, efficient at the desk and at pick up/drop off.

Cons: Specifically booked and paid for an estate car but ended up with a MPV (BMW 2 series tourer) with limited space in the boot for luggage for 4 adults. Alamo unwilling to acknowledge and said car class was based on overall boot capacity and we were fobbed off. We ended up with luggage on our knees.
