Pros: They respond to emails, answered all my question. They have lowest charge for taking car onto a ferry. I had a problem with unpaid fuel at a petrol station, where the staff spoke no english and the AA staff helped me to communicate with them to pay them back. To be honest, this was the best rental car experience I had in a while - despite empty screenwash and the way they responded to my email about this.

Cons: Car was not cleaned properly - dusty dashboard and touchscreen, dirty mirrors and windshield. Someone did a sloppy jet wash job. There was ZERO screenwash and remote control battery was dead. I emailed them about this but their response was: "You can replace the battery in every gas station. You can also add water for the whipers. You have a 2.5 years old (40.000kms) Citroen C3, for around 10€/day. Not an old or a bad car. Bye". This is not how you respond to a customer.

Pros: The car provided had a chipped windscreen, it had clearly had an accident at the rear of the car and we were told "if the engine warning light comes on it's ok, it's just dirty petrol". We did ask if another car was available but no.
