Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. For International Terminal airport pickups at T1 - The rental desk is located in the terminal. Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the Europcar free courtesy bus which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel. The shuttle will take you to Europcar’s vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot. You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip.

Green Motion Sydney Airport pick up point for domestic terminals is located between terminals 2 and 3 on the arrivals level. Directions for terminal 3 (T3): Exit the terminal and turn right. Proceed to the Minibus/Hire Cars waiting area (bays 4-11). Pick up is from bay 6. Directions for terminal 2 (T2): Exit the terminal and turn left towards the Minibus/Shuttle waiting area (bays 4-11) . Proceed to the shuttle waiting area. Pick up is from bay 6. For International customers Directions for Terminal 1 (T1): Exit the arrival hall area of terminal (T1) and turn right. As you walk along the path towards the Group Shuttle Buses zone or Train Station, you should pass by Mc Donald?s (which is on your right). Walk to the far end of the terminal (T1) and locate BAY no. 35 (The meeting point for pick-up). Prior to arrival please let us know your flight details for complimentary pick up service as our depot is located off site. On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please WhatsApp or SMS the following number +61 489 079 655. The team will arrange for you a pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.
