Check-in at www.moderentals.co.nz/check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up. If your pick-up is after-hours, check-in is mandatory at least two hours before end of business day. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call us on (03) 595 1828 to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, head towards the domestic terminal and exit through Door 2 next to the Air New Zealand service desk. Our driver will meet you in the car rentals transfer area outside Door 2. There is a big “Air New Zealand” sign on the outside wall overlooking the pickup area.

Working hours Pick-up instruction (Between 08:00 am – 06:00 pm): 1. Please ensure that you are at the Christchurch airport & have cleared customs & security before requesting the shuttle. Once you have collected your luggage, please call 0064 21 769 888 OR 0064 3 360 3113 and let Hao Rentals know that you're ready to be picked up by the shuttle. Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 5-10 mins (Depending on the traffic conditions). 2. Please make your way to Door 1 of Christchurch Airport's Domestic Terminal (signs for "Car Rental Transfers"). Directly outside of Door 1 is a row of bus shelters - the shuttle will arrive just outside of Door 1 once requested. The shuttle bus with the sign of Airpark Canterbury will pick you up and take you to Hao Rentals’ office. The shuttle bus with the sign of Airpark Canterbury will pick you up, take you to office, and get the car key. Please take the van with the “Logistics Drive” sign on the windscreen. Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am) If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours - you will need to contact car rental provider’s After Hours Pick Up team. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation please contact Hao Rentals and Hao Rentals can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Christchurch Airport you will need to contact Airpark Canterbury on 03 360 3113 / 0800 24 77 27. Hao Rentals will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at the after hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card.
