1.It is recommended to check-in at least two hours before pickup, and is mandatory at least 12 hours before that day’s normal business hours closing time, if your pick-up is after hours. 2.Once you have collected your luggage and are ready for pick up, please exit through Door 2 at the Domestic Terminal, and waiting in the commercial shuttle transfers area and call us 0064 3420 2878 to request the Free Airport Shuttle Transfer Bus to the rental desk. It takes about 10 minutes (depending on traffic). 3.All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged send Email to christchurch@yesrentals.co.nz) and are NZ $45.00 (including airport transfer). 4.NOTE: The reception working hour from 08:00 to 18:00, the last free shuttle from the airport is 17:30, Any pick up from the airport later than that time must be prearranged and a late fee of $45 will be incurred.
