Follow the “coaches” signage to the end of building (”coaches” signage is located inside and outside of building). If inside, exit via the automatic doors. If outside, continue to the end of the building. The shuttle bus will collect you from the Transit Centre Meeting Point. Please have your mobile turned on. Free Shulle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Please call at 0061 7 5648 5083, 1300 132 708, or WhatsApp 0061 427 074 984 after collecting the luggage. Then proceed to the “Coach Transit Centre” area by following the signs inside the airport. Shuttle service will be waiting for you there once our staff receive your call. If you arrive after hours, please call one day before your trip. Staff will provide special instructions for you to ensure a smooth pickup.
