Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 250 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 24 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Canada, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.

Payment policy
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 60 days.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
