Pros: The car was good. Modern, fuel efficient.
Cons: The worst of 5 car rentals on Azores. 2 hours check in time. No one available at either of their sites. Desks were unmanned both times. Ended up adding about 3.5 hours to our trip here because of their delays.

Fuel policy
