2/21/25

Pros: The whole process was really easy from start to finish. We booked online before we arrived and all the information we needed was emailed to us. Collecting and dropping off the car was also really easy.

Cons: Providing a drop off service to the hotel or a collection service from the airport would have been really useful.
United Kingdom
Volkswagen Taigo
5/6/24

Pros: Great customer service, car matched what I had paid for unlike every other car hire company on the Canary Islands. Staff can’t do enough for you, friendly people, efficient and knowledgable. Handing back the car at the airport was a breeze, quick check over and dint try and make up extra damage like other haute companies on the Canary Islands do. Special shout out to Sergio in the Playa de Ingles office. Great bloke, I had the misfortune of a punctured tyre, he swapped the cars over quickly.

Cons: Everything was good
United Kingdom
Kia Stonic
1/27/24

Pros: Good clear information, the drop off was much better and customer focused despite the office having very few staff

1/16/22

Pros: Topcar provided a car, not the car advertised but it does say that they can substitute if they wish.

Cons: Told I needed to purchase their insurance even tho I had paid full cover with this company. Otherwise I had to leave a €500 card deposit or €650 cash deposit
Iceland
Dacia Duster
1/15/22

Pros: Topcar amazed me and I really loved the service. Every thing was just fine.

Cons: The only thing that was confusing, was that the agent told me that I should always use the insurance offered by the agency and not the third party website !!! So instead of paying the full insurance offered by discover card, I should have waited and taken the one offered at the office which should have saved me 45 Euros!!
