Pros: There was a line 3 miles long. Stood for over an hour. 1 person was handling counter. There were not enough cars for demand. People were walking away to find other car rentals. We did as well because I had elderly parents standing outside on the curb with all our luggage. We did not get car from you all. Sorry but I have a picture which shows the mayhem.
Cons: No cars. And only 1 person working counter with about 50 people in line for cars
Pros: Overcharged me gave me the collision damage, waiver, and other insurance when I specifically said, I did not want it

Cons: The only comment I’d make is that it would be useful if it was easier to find my booking in the app. Each time it had to find the reference from my email and input into the app.

Pros: A huge lineup at the Thrifty counter in San Francisco, but staff managed to get everyone through Inna timely manner.
Cons: All the 'add ons' lumped in as extra fees

Cons: Extremely long line for pickup. Even longer wait needed for car that was paid for. Paid extra for different car.
Cons: the queue for pick up the car is too long, over than 2 hours. it's too tiring! I will no longer use Thrifty
Cons: When arrived at the Thrifty desks to pick up my reserved car there was a waiting line for over an hour. Then when we were finally at the front desk they told me they are out of cars and there will be a other wait for at least 1 hr. I think approx. 40 other people that where also waiting in line also didn't had a car. No way they could have solved this within a Hour. At this point we had to rent a car of s other rental service. Thrifty don't care about their costumers and didn't offer any kind of
Pros: Most desk staff tried, but they were in an impossible position.
Cons: Made reservation and paid 4 month before trip. It was advertised that rental counter was in"in terminal", but turns out to be separate terminal for rental cars, and that involved hauling all luggage on a 15 min tram ride. There was a long line (about 50 people), with no advantage to prepaids / reservations over walk ups. No cars were ready, and we had to wait three hours. When we were directed to our car, it was in the Hertz lot (not a problem, just odd). Totally messed up 1st day of our trip!

Pros: The car was fine. The drop off was fine.
Cons: I paid for a car from 3:30pm. Whether my flight is on time or not - I expect to be able to pick my car up at 3:30. The wait time was a DISGRACE. Having to wait two hours after flying across the Atlantic for a car you’ve booked and paid for is nothing short of shambolic. Charging people huge sums of money when you can’t fulfil your obligations is abhorrent behaviour and needs to be stopped immediately. I’ve never heard of it before. Utterly disgusting practice.
Pros: The representative at the airport was extremely unprofessional, taking 5 minutes to explain how he’d made hundreds of thousands in the 2008 real estate crash. Followed by explaining to us how the next crash will be bigger than the last one. This aggravating rendition was then followed by consistent up selling, which I consistently replied please just give me what i’ve paid for… somehow (after a 10 hour flight) I was successfully upsold what I had been told was a better deal. It wasn’t.
Cons: Dreadful all round. I suppose the car worked.
