Pros: The agent found us the pick-up truck we needed even if they were out of what we reserved.

Cons: It took us 45 minutes of standing in line before we spoke to an agent

Cons: The fact that I got charged an additional $142 at the counter. I don't feel that my reservation provided any value at all.

Cons: The lady at the counter was Disaster !!! She FORCED to buy insurence I didn't want/need. I bought all the isurance you offered when I booked the car on line!!!! The wait to get the car was CRAZY!! Almost 2 hour.

Cons: Nightmare at the desk, insufficient staff to deal with customers, over 90 minutes to be dealt with

Cons: Deceiving "full coverage" insurance claim on the website I used.

Pros: The agents (phone and in person) were all very helpful and courteous. Emma especially gave us great service.

Cons: We should be allowed to pay for our tolls online by ourselves to avoid high administrative prices

Pros: Our agent was very helpful.

Cons: The queue for reservations at the airport was very long. My car was not available when we needed it. We had to wait around 90 minutes after standing in the long line. Not enough agents at the desk.

Cons: Car was not ready at the scheduled pick up time. We had to to wait for 2 hours in the airport with tired children at the end of the day. It was the first time I have turned up to a rental car agency and they had no cars ready. There were many upset people. The agent did her best and polite but the overall service of Dollar was terrible.

Cons: they didn't keep my car, agent was rude, customer service guy said that car will be available for 48 hours which agent at counter refused to honor

Pros: the car had a horrible smell ..something like human sweat that was left i cleaned before they rented the unit ..i wanted to go back up and have it changed but the line was too long and i was in a hurry to go to start my road trip i didn't have time to stand in line again which i did for an hour and 15 minutes earlier ! there were only 3 agents and a line about 30 customers long ! i endured 3 days of smelling that odor inside that fucking car that even a can of Febreeze couldn't get rid of !!

Cons: After paying the price from the app, when I went to pick up the car, I was initially charged another $190 for misc expenses, then upon talking with them, they have informed me that with the fees reducted, I still had to pay a fee of around 70 dollars for fees. If I knew that the price I paid was NOT enough, I would have selected another website to rent a car as well. Awful experience

Cons: Had to exchange the car after ten days because of a fault and had to be without a car overnight because the didn’t have a replacement car cost me $80 for a taxi to my hotel

Pros: Good car and quick counter service. Exchanged the car immediately when I discovered damage on the first car they offered.

Cons: Added an item of service claiming that I "Accepted" this additional service and charging me for it. The staff refused to refund this to me and gave me a partial credit only.

Cons: I felt ripped off. It was my first bad experience with your service, but I will not use it again. I found it very wrong that nobody would address the issue even if I called to try to get it fixed as soon as I noticed it. Even if I upgraded my rental at the counter and I am a dollar express member.

Pros: It took us 1.5hr in dollar queue. Agent was only interested in upselling and making money from us. She tried to give a car at $100 per day extra & provided same size vehicle as Nissan vogue Forced us to buy extra insurance and disregarded discover car insurance. Vehicle had engine issues from 2nd day.

Pros: The lady from Dollar tried to upgrade me, charging me an extra $600 without me agreeing. When I asked her if I had agreed to this she accepted that I had not and reversed it. It felt very dishonest.

Cons: The car had a dead battery. It lasted 3 days, after which I had to jump-start it every time I drove it. When I mentioned this as a complaint at the end of the rental, the customer service lady basically accused me of lying as I had not called to complain during the course of my rental, totally ignoring the fact that I simply didn’t have time to wait around for Dollar to come and fix this issue. It was a VERY dissatisfactory experience and I would NEVER use Dollar again.
