Pros: Nothing at all customer services was woset experience I ever had took 2 hours to get my car and then they just left me in wrong car without keys and threw my contract on my lap because agent had to click out

Pros: The nighttime agents were very helpful and nice as was the guy who checked me in when I was returning the car.

Cons: The car stank of air freshener! Also the daytime woman on duty was horrible. She told me I was just out of luck because I was late picking up my car even know I already had a car that I had rented from them the week before and I just wanted to keep the same car. She had no empathy and was rude.

Pros: How come I charged again when the time to check in supposed to be I paid already $175 +180 total $355 . I talk to them when I return the car they said to call n get refund.

Cons: Shuttle pick-up hard to find. Shuttle time way to long. Pick-up time took way way way way too long. Missed 2 reservations due to shuttle time and pick up time.

Cons: Agent in SFO sold me "daily toll fee" even though I was only in Los Angeles one day out of 7.... I could have done w/o it and just paid for one day via invoice. Not much explanation was given. Also, there was no one in the lot at SFO to explain any of the car functions to me or answer any of my questions. Drop off in LA was challenging - long line of cars parked in parking lot, no one to "receive the car"....

Pros: Professional staff, quick service. Location was easy to find with address on confirmation e-mail.

Cons: Would have preferred to have known name of rental place was Fox and not DiscoverCars. Reduces confusion when looking for rental pick-up location. No floor mats and back of car had a bit of a "dog" smell, but not terrible.

Pros: I was unable to pick up my car since I did not have my passport. They would not accept my Nexus card as a global ID. Given that a passport is not required to fly when I use my Nexus, I did not bring it. The desk associate did not have the autonomy to support me to a resolution. This was booked through Discover Cars which ended up being a huge hassle. Avoid at all cost!

Cons: There's no clarity on the invoice. They didn't break it down, the prices and the total. I was charge to $170 and then another $200 for a 4 day car rental. It came out around $100/day. Would not recommend this company.

Cons: The staff did not care what I had paid but "what Fox received", they did not pay respect to discovercars.com which made me wonder what kind of business relationship between Fox and Discovercars.com???

Pros: We called our credit card company to reverse the charges! Terrible service. We ended up having to go back to the rental car center at SFO to rent a car that cost us $300 more that your company should reimburse us for.

Pros: Unlike seen in many negative review, there was no long line, no upsell on insurance, no surprise added charge, no dirty car, no car trouble.

Cons: I was not able to successfully rent a car due to a discriminatory additional fee not outlined in my rental agreement, voucher or receipt for purchase. I received little to no assistance at the front desk and I never received or was offered an itemized receipt. I had to ask for a receipt and still did not get what I actually asked for.

Cons: The customer service agents were very strange and pushy and they tried to get me to do the prepaid fuel option multiple times and I tried to decline politely but that didn't seem to register.

Cons: Shuttle from SFO car rental center to Fox was a small hassle. They didn’t have a car for us when we arrived and said it could be 30-60 min wait. They wouldn’t free upgrade. We had a reservation, but agent said it doesn’t guarantee a car (?). I’ve never dealt with that with any other car rental. It was frustrating for several minutes. Someone returned a car about 10 minutes later and they had to clean it up. It was about 30 minutes later than our pick up time by the time we got our car.

Cons: SF location desk tried to sell me an upgrade car, I refused, he gave me a lousy car with many scratch spots, so I spent 20 mins to write down the dpots and also took pictures. Then drove about 20 mins, I heard some tiny noise from the bottom. My husband said that I was insane. ( I am a music teacher who has perfect ears) then when arrived half moon bay, I lied down on the ground to check the bottom of the car. A piece of something didn’t tied so it hit the ground and made a scratch sound.

Pros: Julio and Jon were absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly, efficient, and made the process an absolute breeze.

Cons: The extreme price gouging for the basic required third-party insurance, and the super long queue at pick-up time. They also tried to charge me for returning the car without a full tank even though I had prepaid for fuel.

Pros: I really liked how friendly and helpful the agent was when he helped me. He was very understanding when I stated that I was not comfortable with the jeep wrangler upgrade. He even canceled the early return fees, and he helped me get a Honda economy car instead.

Cons: There was one services person at the check in counter just talking with the customer causing people in line to wait way to long to be waited on. This counter person talked for about 30 minutes and then left the counter for some reason. People in line were not happy at all with this person.

Cons: As stated above the cost & paperwork did not relate to my rental voucher. The assistant was not helpful, I had to wait in a queue for 2 hours to have paperwork processed before I could collect the car.

Cons: We had to wait over two hours for our car rental to be available. Lots of of hidden charges were then added on. The car we received was dirty and had a lot of scratches on it.

Cons: Long queue. Slow staff. They added on insurance and charged us for it without asking whether we wanted it. It took 3 hours to get a working car. The first car had technical issues and did not drive safely on the highway. The second car had documentation that didn't match the licence plate so we couldn't get it out of the rental car centre (security would not let us pass). The 3rd car was not the type of car we wanted but we were desperate to leave. The cars all had a lot of mileage and scratches

Cons: I booked the jeep cherakee but got 2wd Hyondai suv instead. The wipers were totally in bad condition. On the rainy day, it was very dangerous.
