Pros: Car was in good condition, except right front tire was low on air pressure, which cost $3.00 to fill the tire with proper air pressure 2 days later on 9/18/2026.
Cons: Price they charged, with pending $326.00 on credit card versus online quoted fee of $27.42.
Cons: Additional charges not on the original invoice.

Cons: Res#831612681 Went into Office in Kona & asked for a 4:30pm Return time. They said “no problem” & “No Extra Charge” as soon as i dropped car off I get an updated Receipt via e-mail stating $245.95 extra charge???? Who will fix this? Called opened Case#35327440 will customer service call me at (562) 544-5458 to fix?

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.

Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
