Cons: The bus driver who picked us up made about 20 people walk about 400 feet, though there was no Dollar sign there, and there were plenty of room for him to stop before that random location. The queue to pick up cars was huge, and it made no difference if you already checked in online.

Pros: Quick & convenient pickup &!drop off. Was upgraded to what I ordered

Cons: Charging for an additional is ridiculous. Only one person can drive the car at any time. Charging $13.50 per day to have my wife as a second driver is a money grab. There is minimal additional work to add her as a second driver. She has all the same insurance coverage as the primary driver so the risk to the Dollar Rentals is no different than the primary driver. This is the reason for a 5 in the “rent again” question.

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
