Pros: 4 hour wait in line to rent. Went somewhere else. Want my money back

Cons: Our experience with renting a car from Thrifty was challenging to say the least. We arrived at the counter at 10:30pm, after a very long day of turbulent airplane travel from the West Coast, to a line of 17 parties renting cars, with ONE Thrifty agent working at the desk. That was the situation for the first 30 minutes. A second agent came to assist, and finally a third agent did come to assist, but only after we had been waiting for 45 minutes. Pros: When I arrived, they claimed they didn’t have any cars and it would be a six hour wait for a car. Then the agent offered me a car he got from hertz but they charged me over $800 over what I had already paid through discovercars. I returned the vehicle a day and a half early (full of fuel) and no one was there to check me in. The next day I spent two hours on hold trying to talk to thrifty about all of it and they never picked up. I’m still trying to figure out what to do.

Pros: Nothing. The staff were rude, it was literally an hour long wait in line and then another hour for them to deliver the car.
Cons: Everything. It was a full hour wait in line to get to the agent at the desk and then it was an hour wait to pick up the car after. I was on time for my appointment and they were severely understaffed and very rude

Cons: They charged me twice for the car and now I need to loose time contacting them until the refund me for the extra charge.

Cons: Lines were quote long and the agent had difficulty finding the reservation as it was thru the third party
Pros: I enjoyed that they made it very easy for me to keep the car for an extended time with no hassle.
Cons: I didn't like the wait time to pick up the car it was over an hour due to low staffing and the car was not vacuumed out it had pet hair all over the car and the car charger in the middle arm rest was broken and the car was not cleaned out at all but overall nice and efficient.
Pros: The reps were ok. Two of them were a bit rude but my rep was quick and fast.
Cons: Can't say that there's anything I disliked.
Pros: Paid for insurance when I booked the car online, then I got confused at the rental desk and ended up paying $125 more for add on insurance at counter. Cheap, dishonest practice, will not use again
