Follow signs to the Consolidated Rental Car facility (CONRAC). Proceed out of the west end of the terminal under the covered walkway. Take the escalator up to the station & board the ATL SkyTrain (adjacent to the MARTA station) for the 5-minute ride to the CONRAC facility (about 1.5 miles from the terminal).

Pros: I picked Avis because they used be known for quality and dependabilty. At least in my prior dealings with them.
Cons: I was upgraded from a compact to a full size without agreeing to it. The full size was waiting for us. We didnt get to pick at the airport so as usual. Car was dirty, a lttle bangedcup and cruise control did not work

Pros: Check in attendant was very nice and helpful. Easily replaced a car that had been smoked in.
Cons: The first car that was given to me had been smoked in and smelled. Something that should have been caught by Avis. But they were easy to give another car that worked out well.

Driver requirements

A Young driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket. Renters from the following country(ies): Mexico must provide the following documents: visitors visa in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 15-24 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
