Pros: I picked Avis because they used be known for quality and dependabilty. At least in my prior dealings with them.
Cons: I was upgraded from a compact to a full size without agreeing to it. The full size was waiting for us. We didnt get to pick at the airport so as usual. Car was dirty, a lttle bangedcup and cruise control did not work
Pros: The front desk long line but once there the agent Simon was very polite and efficient.
Cons: The line when we arrive to the airport
Pros: Very helpful and cars are the best.
Cons: Some damage on the car i had to point out.
Pros: Check in attendant was very nice and helpful. Easily replaced a car that had been smoked in.
Cons: The first car that was given to me had been smoked in and smelled. Something that should have been caught by Avis. But they were easy to give another car that worked out well.
Pros: Very helpful customer service and the front desk staff. I booked Kia Rio but they gave me Toyota Camry at the check in
