Pros: The agents were nice
Cons: Nobody told us I had to download different mobile app to be able to refill the battery if the car and nobody explained to me how to do it. I had to recharge it EVERYDAY !!! Which cost me way more than the initial price at the beginning. I was so so disappointed. It felt like I have been lied to and that I pay so much more at the end. I have to rent 2 others cars next month, for sure it won’t be with any electric car or Hertz anymore.

Cons: The first car after a few km had the alarm "oil change necessary" so we could go back to the picking up. The agent give us another car but after a few days there was an alarm "low battery key" and "key not detected" and sometimes the car wouldn't start. Nobody responded to the email sent to report the problem..... I had to replace the battery in the Key

Renters from the following country(ies): China must provide the following documents: Hertz Certification form issued by Hertz China in order to collect the car.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
