Pros: We had a real upgrade of the car:-); we booked a VW Polo and got a new Citroen Picasso full option.
Cons: It is a little annoying with the toll road(s), that you have to pay 35 euro administration fee (Europcar) if you use a toll road/ bridge of 10 euro (you cannot pay while entering the bridge- they send the bill to rental car company). We drove to the Malengen, and the shortest way had a toll tunnel; so we had to drive around (luckily it had a nice scenery).

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1625.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
