Pros: Surprise called before the trip to confirm that the vehicle must be picked up from a location close to the airport and there is a shuttle service available. This has helped. The car collection and drop off experience was very good and straight forward.
Cons: It would have been better if we would have got better waiting experience for the shuttle (shaded area for waiting) as it was summer and we had to wait around 15 minutes for the shuttle to get us to the car collection point from the airport.

Pros: Everything. It was so easy to get the car and drop it off. They even called a day before to confirm. It was really impressive. The condition was car was also really good. That's what matters the most actually.
Cons: I just felt that the cost of insurance was a bit too high. Though I do not think it is their fault.
