Pros: Newer, clean car in great condition

Cons: They didn’t write down mileage or gas level out so I was stuck filling up the gas tank when I received it at 1/4 full. The record they had showed I drove almost 2000k on Mykonos in 4 days. Impossible.

Pros: Based on some previous negative reviews, we were a bit skeptical about this company, but quite honestly, everything went well with them. The car was in good shape, and any dents or scratches were photographed and recorded by us and the representative upon delivery of the car. No need to go to the office; they bring the car to you.

Cons: The representative was a few minutes late when we arrived in Mykonos, so there was a moment of uncertainty. Be prepared for a deposit of 1,100 euros (blocked on your credit card, even if you purchased full insurance). Upon returning the car, everything was fine, and the representative said that the deposit would be released in 2 to 3 weeks (not a nice feeling when you know you will be leaving the island in the next hour). That said, it was removed from my credit card statement the very next day.

Pros: Pick up at the port was efficient

Cons: I will be directly charged by Surprice to fix the scratches under the front bumper and then deal with the third party insurer to get reimbursed. This is hardly worry-free full coverage!

Pros: No issues getting the car- but people should be aware if you are coming in on a cruise ship you need to let them know the exact time you want to pick up and drop off as they have someone meet you at the ship with the car (very convenient but not flexible on timelines) They are very responsive on WhatsApp so I was able to text them the night before to adjust my pick up time and they were ok with us texting again 1 hour prior to drop off to get the time exact

Cons: Only thing that made us nervous was we received a brand new car (which was nice) and the person checking us out took over 40+ photos and warned us that we needed to drive slow to prevent rocks from hitting the bumper before handing it over. This VERY thorough inspection pre/post rental is understandable given it’s a brand new car, but it made the driving way more stressful being worried that any tiny scratch from road debris would turn into a headache, but in the end it all worked out.

Pros: THOUGH IT WAS QUOTED AS 5-SEATER OVERSIZE MPV, BUT THEY GAVE US A 7-SEATER MPV, AND THE CAR IS REALLY UPTO OUR SATISFACTION, AND THE PRICE IS REALLY CHEAP, VERY MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE CAR RENTAL WE BOOKED IN SANTORINI, AND THEIR SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD, WAITING FOR US AT THE MEETUP POINT WHEN WE ARRIVED.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.


Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Cross-border policy
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is forbidden. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund. If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
